My Order

If you have a Coco & Eden account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.

Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

Once the order is shipped, Coco & Eden cannot change the address on our end.

First, log into your Coco & Eden account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders".

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

How to track your order
Once you have your tracking number, you can now easily see where your goodies are! Just use our tracking widget and input the tracking number to track your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping

1. United States and Canada
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

2. UK & Europe

Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there should be no additional charges upon delivery. Please get in touch with our support team if any charges do arise, and we will cover any costs by issuing a credit note.

3. Other international shipments

There may be other duties and taxes incurred on your shipment. Please note that Coco & Eden does not have control over these fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery through issuance of a store credit note.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

Coco & Eden does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Coco & Eden. As we're based out of the UK, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees.

We have a no fuss, no stress 45 days returns and exchange policy. After receiving your parcel you've got a full 45 days to get in touch and arrange a return or an exchange.

Coco & Eden are not responsible for covering the return shipping fee and it will not be deducted from the refundable amount.

From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 8-13 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return!

Products

We offer a 2-Year Warranty to replace or refund any jewellery that does not meet your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewellery, reach out to us a hello@cocoandeden.com with a photo and description of the issue and we will make things right for you.

Please note that discoloration, oxidation, and tarnishing are all inherent and inevitable characteristics of plated jewellery that can occur over time. However, we stand behind our quality and believe that with proper care, your pieces should last.

Do they already have a ring, perhaps a gift or a heirloom piece? If so, try and snatch it to measure the internal diameter! Then, cross reference the diameter with our sizing chart here

A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewellery, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintain colour. To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth included in your order. Remove your jewellery when applying scents, lotions and sprays.

It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it is working correctly! The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent which will hold on to any dirt, oil & residues that are removed from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.

Payments

You can pay for your items in many ways! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed,

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

1. Credit card or Debit Visa Card

If you have a Coco & Eden account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order.

2. PayPal

Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the Coco & Eden site.

3. Clearpay

We offer the option to pay in 4 interest-free instalments with clearplay. Simply add your favourites to your cart, select clearpay at checkout, log into or create your clearpay account and your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.

Please note Coco & Eden cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, it will take up to 10-15 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end. Should you have cancelled your credit card or reissued a new one, the amount will be transferred by the bank.

2. PayPal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account!

3. Clearpay

For refunds processed for Clearpay purchase, it can take about 14 business days for the funds to appear on your end. Clearpay will update the total balance and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted. Any payments already made will be refunded back to the original payment method.
